What’s included in the scope workshop
We use all the materials received from the client to prepare for the workshop. Based on the materials we have we will create a tailored workshop agenda.
A partner from what. will facilitate the workshop with your team to define the MVP Scope along the tailored workshop agenda. During this workshop, you will get help from our product lead on how to condense a product idea, consider risks and make it implementable with a reasonable budget and timeframe. We embrace different workshop styles, including design thinking, ideation and brainstorming. The workshop is attended by the product owner, founders, the tech lead and designer. The duration of the single workshop will last roughly 4h. We collect and summarise the workshop results. Where open questions remained during the workshop we fill in the gaps.
The MVP scope will be ready after 1 week, delivering the results and findings of the scoping workshop. Providing an in depth analysis of the market, competitors, design process and estimations of the product. We also plan the scope and define hypothesis that will be then tested in validation campaigns, so the scope workshop is the start of the process, it doesn’t end there.
Once you have all the information, all you need to do is define the backlog and start the first design sprint to get the development of the project started.
We guide you through this process. Depending on where you stand, we hold a workshop or design sprint adapted to your needs and use this input to create a vision for your MVP development.
You have a problem to solve. Various ideas and designs have been tested to create the first prototype.
The product prototype was tested in multiple iterations by early adopters. You gathered feedback and tested customer demand.
You reduce the scope to the core features to give users the maximum value. A functional concept and a roadmap is created.

We got answers
It depends. We are always interested in working on ventures with high growth potential and fearless founders who are ready to hustle. Your product’s potential and your determination are important factors we consider when qualifying opportunities. Your initial budget is secondary.
If you already have a product, MVP, or even initial marketing attempts, we typically start with the briefing and assessment (AKA the discovery phase). If you’re early stage (i.e. ideation) then we can support you with our consulting.
Not at this time. While we have made a couple of exceptions in the last few years, we’ve proven that our team is 100% engaged regardless of the commercial constellation. Plus, keeping clear separation helps us focus.
