With over a decade of experience, he specialises in e-commerce strategy, system integrations, and multi-project management. At what., he leads requirements management, translates business needs into technical execution, and ensures Shopify projects roll out seamlessly; all while balancing agility with structure. He also keeps a sharp eye on budgets, timelines, and priorities to make sure resources are used effectively to drive measurable results.

Having worked at Tradingzone AG, Lucas also brings valuable insights from the merchant perspective. This experience helps him understand first-hand the challenges of scaling online shops and enables him to deliver solutions that create real business impact for clients.

Keen to simplify complex processes, Lucas is always testing new tools and methods to optimise workflows and collaboration. He holds a bachelor’s in Business Communication and is completing a master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Digital Strategies. When he’s not steering projects, he’s on the tennis court or exploring new ways to learn and grow.
