He specialises in translating design systems into WordPress: component-based themes wired to ACF, so that what designers define in Figma stays consistent in the build and stays editable for the client afterwards. Alongside that, he works on the development process itself, using AI to move designs from Figma into WordPress and to build features faster without giving up quality.

Dominik started in 2008 at CloudAccess.net in the United States, where he built the front-end of a hosting management platform, created CMS templates and trained other front-end developers. He went full-time freelance in 2014 and has been part of what. since 2016. Years spent working directly with agencies and their end clients gave him a practical sense of what actually ships – where budgets get eaten, which technical shortcuts come back later, and how to keep a project moving without a meeting for every decision.

Detail-driven and pragmatic. Dominik would rather solve a problem once, properly, than patch it three times – which is why he invests in reusable components, tooling and documentation. He treats AI as part of the toolchain rather than a gimmick: he builds his own skills and workflows for it, from Figma-to-WordPress conversion to feature development, and shares what works with the team. He has worked remotely since 2010, so he leans on clear asynchronous communication: annotated screenshots, short screen recordings and decisions written down where the team can find them. Outside work you will find him at the gym, travelling, or playing video games.
