About

Anand is our Lead Full-Stack Engineer with over a decade of experience, the last seven-plus years at what., building end-to-end solutions for Swiss and DACH clients.

He works across the whole stack – Laravel backends, admin panels in Filament and Nova, frontends in React and Vue – but his sweet spot is the space between systems: Shopify–ERP integrations, CRM connections, and recently AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol) work – connecting client platforms so AI tools can actually use them. At heart a problem-solver: understand the problem first, then choose the technology that fits.

Anand started as a junior full-stack developer at Avinashi Ventures in 2014, then freelanced on Upwork – an early lesson in owning problems end to end, with nobody else to hand them to. He joined Viablelab, a Swiss agency, and came to what. when the two merged – so by now his seven-plus years at what. cap more than a decade of full-stack work, most of it for Swiss clients.

Problem first, technology second – understand the real problem, then pick the tech that fits it rather than forcing a project onto a favourite stack. Happiest untangling messy, multi-system setups into something clean and reliable. The passion carries over after hours – he’s usually deep in some new technology, framework or AI tool, seeing what it could unlock for clients.
