Who are Dietrich?
Dietrich is the creation of designer and artist Emmanuel Dietrich. Dietrich is an e-commerce store for luxury watches and straps, combining Emmanuel Dietrich’s experience in designing for the world’s most renowned luxury houses, with his passion for creation.
Dietrich came to us wishing to increase their online visibility. However, they had a highly fragmented customer based with sporadic orders from over 50 countries, making it difficult to concentrate a campaign on just one market.
They also wanted to improve the way they tracked their orders, as they were incorrectly order tracking at the time, and on top of this were also experiencing fraudulent orders.
Finally, their website was out of date with an incorrect Google Analytics setup and a slow page speed, and they had a limited budget
What we did
We began by creating a new landing page to help create a new and improved user journey. We did this within the confines of the existing website design in order to keep design and development cost low.
We updated the Google Analytics setup to include e-commerce tracking so that future sales could be more accurately tracked.
We implemented a high targeted advertising campaign on YouTube and paid search, as well as setting up a remarketing campaign, which drove a high number of users to the website and made it possible to identify the top performing countries.
To fix the order tracking problem, we undertook regular monitoring to help tackle the fraudulent orders, and to help improve conversions.
