e-Marketing campaign for German market in Switzerland
Who are Morand?
Distillerie Louis Morand & Cie SA is a fourth Generation Distillery that is famed for the Morand Eaux-de-vie and products including the Brandies made from Valais William Pears AOP and Valais Abricotine AOP, as well as Liqueurs and Syrups.
Morand were already established in Romandie, but were looking to enter the German-speaking market in Switzerland and increase their visibility and orders.
They had limited resources available and there were many restrictions in place for advertising alcohol online, including with Google Ads and social media.
What we did
In order to raise awareness of the products, we began by building a content strategy, with a focus on recipes that could be made with the Morand products. We also partnered with barmen, bars and hotels, conducting workshops and events with them.
On top of this, we created a highly targeted Google Ads campaign to raise awareness of the products and drive product sales. We focused on specific German-speaking locations, focusing on the most popular products and brand terms.
Finally, we also conducted influencer marketing. We identified lifestyle and food bloggers in key locations in Switzerland and sent them products to try and promote across their social media feeds. We also conducted an influencer event, encouraging influencers to come down and try the products for themselves.
